Комитет европейских органов регулирования рынков ценных бумаг
Образован в соотествии с Решением Европейской Комиссии от 6 июня 2001 г. (2001/527/EC). В его задачи входит координация усилий регулирующих органов по фондовым рынкам, предоставление консультаций Комиссии ЕС в ходе подготовки проекта имплементирующих мер по директивам ЕС в области ценных бумаг, а также обеспечение последовательной и своевременной имплементации законодательства содружества в Государствах-Членах.
